Specify the legal and financial instruments which will facilitate the implementation of mitigation measures, compensation and emission adaptation, anticipated in The Sustainable Energy action plans, fundamentally for the sectors 
Inform and show to the people the results obtained with the application of the Sustainable Energy Action Plans in their communities, their responsibility as citizens for the quality of life of actual and future generations and for the ecosystem biodiversity.
Establish working structures which allow us to measure and evaluate the fulfillment of the previous concrete and temporary objectives.
